1. Shipping Policy

Processing time: Orders ship within [2–3] business days of purchase.

International shipping: We ship worldwide from [Thailand/Japan]. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight and destination.

Customs & duties: International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item or shipping price. We are not able to mark packages as "gifts" or under-declare value.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

Delays: International shipping typically takes [7–21] business days depending on destination and customs processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities.

2. Returns & Refunds Policy

All items are pre-owned/secondhand. Because of this:

• We grade every item's condition honestly and photograph any flaws before listing (see our Condition Guide).
• All sales are final unless an item arrives significantly different from its description/photos (e.g., undisclosed damage), in which case contact us within [3] days of delivery with photos for a refund or store credit.
• We do not accept returns for reasons of fit or personal preference — please check our size charts and measurements carefully before ordering.
• Buyer covers return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

3. Authenticity & Condition Statement

All items sold are genuine, pre-owned pieces originally sold through Japanese department stores and boutiques. We are an independent secondhand reseller and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a representative of any brand named in our listings — brand names are used solely to accurately describe the product being resold.

Each item is inspected and graded using our Condition Guide below. Photos are taken in natural light to represent the true condition of the piece; please review all photos before purchasing.

4. Condition Grading Scale

Grade Meaning

S (Like New) No visible wear, may have original tags

A (Excellent) Gently used, no visible flaws on close inspection

B (Very Good) Minor signs of wear (slight pilling, faint mark) noted in description

C (Good) Noticeable wear, all flaws photographed and described

Junk/As-Is Notable flaws (stains, damage) — priced accordingly, sold as-is

5. Japanese → International Size Conversion (Women's)

General

A majority of our peices are listed as FREE SIZE. This is common in Japanese woman's clothing, and therefore please look at the measurements of the piece before confirming your purchase. We recommend that you measure your waist and shoulder length and leave about 1-2cm of buffer to make sure the piece will fit you. As this is a secondhand item, we cannot offer returns based on sizing, so please check the measurements and make sure that the size is appropriate. Others

We will occasionally list pieces that are not FREE SIZE, and in this case, exact measurements are posted.

**JAPANESE SIZING IS VERY DIFFERENT THAN OTHER SIZING**

Please take this into account and look at exact measurements instead of general sizing. Japanese sizing is quite different, and it is important to measure your torso and waist and compare the measurements with the listing in order to ensure a perfect fit.
